My Approach

My work is grounded in three disciplines:

Business & Occupational Psychology
Understanding performance, leadership, motivation and organisational systems.

Investigative Psychology
Understanding deception, manipulation, risk and behavioural red flags.

Applied Practice
Over 15 years working with complex people and institutions in both public and private sectors.

This allows me to look beyond what people say  to how they think, what they avoid, and how they behave under pressure.

What I Do

I advise organisations on the human side of performance.  This includes:


  • Leadership judgement and behaviour

  • Conflict, misconduct and workplace risk
     
  • Executive stress, burnout and resilience
     
  • Behavioural and reputational risk


My role is not to provide therapy or coaching, but to bring psychological insight into decision-making, leadership and organisational life.
