
I am a Business and Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working across both the private and public sectors.
I work holistically with organisations, supporting leadership teams, HR functions and employees across the full organisational system. My work spans senior-level decision-making, recruitment and assessment, organisational culture, wellbeing, and performance recognising that leadership behaviour, people processes and psychological safety are deeply interconnected.
